ASSIGNMENT:
Write a 2- to 3-page research paper in which you address the following:
• Describe your organization or group.
• Describe the attitudes and values held by the group.
• Discuss the dogmatism related to your organization.
• Describe the attributional styles.
• Describe the status norms and sanctions.
• Discuss conformity, obedience, and power.
• Provide a summary comment about the degree to which this organization has a unique culture, as opposed to being the sum of the cultures of employees.
